I didn't decline, I contested as I was explained to on my talk page, and G11 should only be used on articles that are irredeemably promotional. I see some elements of promotion in the article but been familiar with the notability of the subject and understanding that it could be worked on (unfortunately my entire edits have been lost due to edit conflicts) I removed your tag. This is not an unfamiliar situation and since it's already at AfD there's ample time to tweak it to conform to Wikipedia guidelines. If it gets deleted, no problem. There's a guy called Wilson Joel also referred to as musicmagnate who is the music director for this church. He's seldomly talked about. I feel he needs to be mentioned on this wiki page for house on the Rock. This man has single handedly helped so many gospel artistes you see today. Let's look into it.
