Although I probably don't enough patience (for searching the web) and knowledge (of wiki processes) to advocate the notability of this article, I would like to mention that a Czech conservative think tank (Civic institute, http://www.obcinst.cz/en/) placed the Howard center's memorandum (The Natural Family: A Manifesto - http://familymanifesto.net/) on its web (http://www.obcinst.cz/prirozena-rodina-manifest-2/).
My second comment will be of little use to non-Czech-speakers, but when I put rodina "howard center" site:cz ("rodina" = Czech for "family") into Google, it finds 25 results showing the diversity of those who talk about "Howard center" in Czech sources alone.
