Many persons who lived in Huatusco gave money to the priest, Guizar y Valencia and with many sacrifices was constructed. Also there is another church in the center of Huatusco, this church was constructed by the spanish people in the colonization, and they constructed over a pyramide, and the church never keep standing, is in ruins.
