Huawei Mate series → Huawei Mate – The "series" word in the title is unneeded at this time as this is the overview article of the product line in question. Also, the original product with this name is already disambiguated. Intrisit (talk) 05:40, 2 July 2024 (UTC)
- Comment Pinging @DigitalIceAge: who listed this at RMTR to join in and deliberate on this with me. It got removed without action as "contested" because @Snowsky Mountain: (who I'm also pinging to join the discussion) moved it in 2018 with the rationale "
Other smartphone series pages, such as HTC U series and Samsung Galaxy S series, have "series" at the end of their page title.
" I've moved the HTC U article back with the same edit summary as this RM's. Intrisit (talk) 05:40, 2 July 2024 (UTC)
- Support per nomination. Concise titles are preferred; the new title unlikely to confuse as the original model in the line has a sufficiently disambiguated title. DigitalIceAge (talk) 05:57, 2 July 2024 (UTC)
