Question
editHow can this person possibly not be noteable? He has won the most prestigious award for lighting design 3 times!
Several other lighting designers are listed in this Encyclopedia who I've never heard of (And I've been working in the industry for 20 years)
- No one's contested this article (judging from the History). Are you recreating an article that has already been deleted? --DearPrudence (talk) 01:16, 5 March 2008 (UTC)
- Yes - must have been an old contest - sorry, new to this.
- Yeah, I've checked the logs now. It was deleted (and presumably created) today. I'll put another speedy deletion template up (as it has to be kept in the article for you to contest it). Also, remember to sign your posts on the talk page with four tildes (~~~~), or by clicking the tenth button from the left on the toolbar!
- Good luck with the contest. --DearPrudence (talk) 01:23, 5 March 2008 (UTC)
- Thanks for your help, but now i'm really confused. Is this going to be deleted or not? Why would it be deleted? I have set the page out in exactly the same format as other similar noteable designers pages - eg Mark Henderson

- I replaced the deletion template because, as a rule, any article that has already been deleted should not be recreated with the same content. However, the article has been saved now, so you have nothing to worry about. --DearPrudence (talk) 01:58, 5 March 2008 (UTC)
Thank You! --Light Defender (talk) 02:00, 5 March 2008 (UTC)
