On Wikisource instead?

edit

Shouldn't this be on wikisource instead, per Wikipedia:don't include copies of primary sources? It looks like its essentially a copy of one PD-US document.LeadSongDog (talk) 15:16, 17 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

why this written in past tense?

edit

seriously, the entire page is all "used", "did", "was"... was this copied entirely from a single document? 2001:569:7E1B:D500:E044:4A5D:5BC7:69E9 (talk) 00:59, 7 February 2022 (UTC)Reply

Article is an exact copy of a US DOS report

edit

The entire article was copied from a 2006 American Department of State report on human rights in the DRC with little to no changes. This has led to many issues such as the article being written in past tense with no indication of the time period, the article being outdated, and the article potentially having bias or inaccuracies.
