editWhen I googled this term in combination with Pham's name, the only relevant links I found were a whole bunch of Rick Bell columns, plus a couple blog entries (one of which was by Pham's NDP opponent in the last election). I really don't think this qualifies as notable enough to include this "nickname," whose inclusion would be rather POV anyway. I'll add a note about his attendance record, though.
