Here are the issues I found:
- "The floodwaters destroyed bridges and dikes and flooding many cities along the inner reaches of the river." and flooded many
- "Although later there severe flooding further inland," there was severe
- The external link is dead, so it might as well be removed (archive.org doesn't show the images making the link pointless).
