“Although the negative pressure caused by high velocity wind flowing over a building roof can cause the roof to fail with the building envelope intact”
I believe this statement is missleading with faulty reference. It is missleading because the increased internal pressure of the structure does far more than the decreased external pressure to cause a roof to fail. The reference is faulty because the cited source even states that both are a factor – and thus does not support the statement.GromXXVII (talk) 22:54, 29 August 2008 (UTC)Reply
