Was the Top Of The Pops duet with Arthur Mullard the beginning of the end for Hylda Baker? yes it has been ridiculed by the trendy Metropolitan media types who come up with things such as programmes for Channel 4 but the whole idea of the duet was complete ridiculousness and those "trendy" media types views of people like Baker and Mullard are so far removed from them as to be completely irrelevant to any judging of their careers. So the whole sentence is bollocks and needs removing.PS I've already added "English" after "Northern gossip" as wiki believe it or not isn't only used by English people and therefore what's "northern"? northern hemisphere? northern America?, northern Australia? northern Timbuktu? bloody hell the world does extend beyond Dover! the arrogance of the English never fails to amaze me! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.183.113.65 (talk) 19:29, 12 March 2010 (UTC)

- I've edited the bit about her ToTP appearance to have a more neutral point of view. Qwfp (talk) 21:49, 15 February 2011 (UTC)
