edita previous reference on this page was website "Webster online" (http://www.websters-online-dictionary.org/definition/english/Hy/Hylotheism.html) which lacked this word. the website merriam-webster did show the word, until the link was mentioned here in April. now that page (https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/hylotheism) was also removed from m.w. can you all reach the definitions? or only at dictionary.com which should show a definition and also mentions Collins English Dictionary. if those are concealed, then trust me that a book for international dictionary has this word. 185.120.124.139 (talk) 09:18, 2 April 2017 (UTC)

photo
editI doubt a screenshot of the dictionary is permitted, because copyright, although for this rare word which might be moved out of use, a picture would preserve the word as it is currently. I will put a link to the picture although I do not know if that is sufficient. https://www.facebook.com/permalink.php?story_fbid=1787712618213665&id=100009248324970 so I suggest someone else decide. 185.120.124.139 (talk) 11:21, 3 April 2017 (UTC)

Actually, I don't know where to merge this to. FatalSubjectivities (talk) 05:22, 3 December 2022 (UTC)
- I don't think that Materialism and Christianity is a good target, but Pantheism might be, as synonym; perhaps Hylotheism is synonymous with at least some conceptions of Pantheism. Klbrain (talk) 16:36, 14 February 2023 (UTC)
I would suggest not merging this. The article is very brief, but there is quite a bit of scope for expanding it. Adding Materialism and Christianity to the "See also" section would be good. Kognos (talk) 10:58, 16 April 2023 (UTC)
