Should be changed to past tense?

edit
  • As a result of the acquisition by Oracle, Hyperion Solutions Corporation in the US does not exist as of 1 July 2007 (the "legal entity merger"). The corporations in other countries have different dates of legal entity merger. Hyperion is essentially a brand of Oracle at this point. So maybe the article should be changed to the past tense. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.37.101.65 (talk) 02:59, 14 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

Interestingly, this article corrects the company fact sheet

edit

The fact sheet cited discusses only Arbor's history (making no mention of IMRS) and has factual errors, including stating that Arbor acquired Hyperion Software. In fact, Arbor and Hyperion Software merged (legally, it was a pooling of interests), as discussed at http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m0FOX/is_n16_v3/ai_21216520 and elsewhere.
