This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because I will shortly add information to support Egrikavuk's importance as a contemporary artist and feminist academic voice from the Middle East. She was part of the Turkish brain drain that occurred after the 2016 attempted coup attempt and she makes work across three languages. Her work around interaction, collaboration and interconnectedness takes on a special significance in the post-COVID/COVID world and expands the field of both Performance Art and Communications.LatinforHoney (talk) 14:36, 11 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
Similarly credentialed contemporaries of Egrikavuk currently have wiki pages, including Hakan Topal, Didem Ozbek and Ahment Ogut who she has regularly exhibited with. Further, I will add text and citations to address the well-covered censorship of her work, Eve, in Turkey and her artistic response to violence against women in Turkey and abroad.LatinforHoney (talk) 15:40, 11 October 2022 (UTC)Reply

The article contains self published sources (e.g., the artist's own website), since this is a biography of a living person those citations need to be replaced with more reliable sources (see WP:RS). PigeonChickenFish (talk) 07:26, 13 March 2024 (UTC)Reply
