Partnership Africa Canada → ? – Per my 8 October 2020 edit, I have become aware that Partnership Africa Canada (PAC) had changed its name, represented by the acronym, "IMPACT". However, I do not yet know what this new acronym represents. Christopher, Sheridan, OR (talk) 00:17, 9 October 2020 (UTC) —Relisting. BegbertBiggs (talk) 20:11, 17 October 2020 (UTC)
Remember to update Partnership Africa Canada references in Blood diamond article. Christopher, Sheridan, OR (talk) 00:27, 9 October 2020 (UTC)
Comment: I have not found the definition for the IMPACT acronym on my own. I have sent an email today to IMPACT, asking them to clarify what the individual letters represent (I assume 'PAC' in "IMPACT" still means the same as before). Christopher, Sheridan, OR (talk) 18:14, 11 October 2020 (UTC)
Answer: I have received a reply this morning. Zuzia Danielski, their Communications Director, writes that IMPACT is the actual name. Unlike their former name, Partnership Africa Canada (PAC), the letters are not an acronym for anything. I'm not so sure that IMPACT would make a good article title, therefore I'm going to request help in deciding what name to move the page to. In the mean time, I will update the article's introduction to better reflect the new name.

- I've commented out the helpme as there's already an RM going on. Primefac (talk) 19:32, 13 October 2020 (UTC)
- What about IMPACT (Canadian organization)? Unfortunately there's no natural disambiguation option. We do have IMPACT (organisation) which is an international concern. Raymie (t • c) 06:41, 18 October 2020 (UTC)
- Interesting suggestion. I don't know if IMPACT (Canadian organization) would be an adequate description of their partnership in Africa, but as you said, there is the unrelated IMPACT (organisation) article to consider (that article appears to be in need of cleanup at the time of this comment). I wonder if their IMPACT is an acronym of anything; I would assume not, otherwise it would have already been displayed. Perhaps at a later time if no decision is reached, the IMPACT (organisation) article should be renamed to IMPACT (U.K. organisation), which would also suggesting going ahead with your IMPACT (Canadian organization) suggestion. — Christopher, Sheridan, OR (talk) 23:22, 18 October 2020 (UTC)
