Possibly something about the recent historical changes in the always evolving computer industry which would have effected this project, changing internet environment allowing the proliferation of internet banking etc, and internet fraud via methods such as Phishing.
Large reduction in the cost of Servers, increase in market share of open source Linux servers, and the furthur development of Networks, and decrease in the cost of computing equipment, Moores law etc.
After INCIS, the smaller IT projects which have modified the framework furthur, including converting desktop environments to windows 2000 and then windows XP
Future ramifications of IT projects in New Zealand, and how INCIS was probably deemed too ambishious at the time.
