editMany IndIGO scientists did post-doctoral work with the LIGO laboratory. There must be some way of recognizing their contribution within the scope of the article. Collaboration between India and LIGO did not spring into existence because of the creation of an acronym - Indian scientists made important contributions to LIGO, and LIGO strongly encouraged them to build a detector in India, offering extraordinary support, well beyond what any NSF funded project had been permitted to do in the past. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 131.215.115.31 (talk) 16:19, 18 October 2017 (UTC)
Construction started?
editHas construction started yet? This article in Jan 2019 says construction will start “soon”, and completion is expected in 2024, so it must start soon. Fig (talk) 09:34, 15 August 2020 (UTC)
