I'd think tht an ISO standard would speak for itself as being notable? But if that thought is not accepted, I'd suggest tht any substantial typography, book-design or printing manual would mention RA and SRA sizes, and their use for trimming for cover sizes and to bleed the print area, and this article should be kept.
Merging it, into Paper sizes, would make an unwieldy article even bigger.
An alternative might be to retitle this article and move the material on ISO sizes from Paper sizes to here.

- Uh .. moments after writing that comment I'm finding a section within the Paper sizes article - it is easy to get lost in there! - dealing briefly with ISO 217 .. and with ISO 5457. That adds to my feeling tht the real need is for an article on ISO paper sizes. 2A04:B2C2:1001:8400:B5FD:C7B8:FBEF:6EED (talk) 23:42, 13 July 2024 (UTC)
