To the anonymous user who protested the removal of the critique of the song's coda...it's someone's general opinion. If you can find a printed online quote from a music scholar, it can be included. --FuriousFreddy 22:31, 2 November 2005 (UTC)Reply

The Cosby Show

edit

I am pretty sure this song was featured on the episode, "A little bit of wonder" on the Cosby show but I don't have a source for that 76.177.163.253 07:25, 19 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

What about Lee Garret?

edit

I thought Lee Garrett wrote this song.

'First UK number one'

edit

The article claimed this was Stevie Wonder's first UK number one hit, but in fact 'Ebony and Ivory' was #1 in 1982. I've changed it so it now says 'first solo UK number one'. Richardcarroll1981 09:36, 30 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Telephone Commercial?

edit

Wasn't this song in an AT&T or New York Telephone commercial? If so, I think it bears mention. --Nélson Ricardo 03:45, 7 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

It was in an AT&T commercial spanning 4:21 seconds, which belongs to UMG and is not presently available to the public a.f.a.i.c.t. y.m.m.v. (please mention if anyone has success at buying a copy.) 173.14.238.114 (talk) 07:42, 19 May 2015 (UTC)Reply

Citations badly needed

edit

Everything in the Article except for the various rankings seems completely devoid of any citations. We need to either provide citations or delete almost all of the text. Rahul (talk) 18:34, 16 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

You are quite correct, and I have added a reference point for some of the text, whilst removing that which seems to be someone's opinion, rather than verifiable. More citations would be good, though.

TV renditions

edit

Surely, if these are notable they do not belong in the lead?--Egghead06 (talk) 04:13, 4 June 2014 (UTC)Reply
