Currently the last paragraph is this: "Livingston recently said that there was not enough demand for optical cable to the home to warrant the cost of rolling it out; this has sparked criticism because, in the current broadband market, Virgin Broadband currently stands as being the fastest broadband provider in the UK. Livingston didn't base his excuse on anything and select groups have claimed it "unacceptable". People that use the internet as their main income and gamers across Britain are imploring BT to raise the quality of their service, however at present their pleas have fallen on deaf ears." As I said in the edit summary while fact-tagging it: "This whole paragraph reads as highly dubious in its present blog-comment-like form and should be removed if verifiable sources can't be provided for it."
