Happy to take this on. Sainsf <^>Feel at home 09:15, 28 April 2016 (UTC)
- Lead
- Can we say something like (German for "I am content in my good fortune") in the lead, and also in similar cases in the main article?
- compare BWV 65 --GA
- Fine, if it is not the norm, no need. Sainsf <^>Feel at home 07:52, 30 April 2016 (UTC)
- compare BWV 65 --GA
- Would be good to add "composer" or perhaps "German composer" before Bach.

- compare BWV 65 --GA
- and Bach led the first performance Remove "Bach", appears redundant.
- yes --GA
- Can "elegiac" be linked?
- yes --GA
- he wrote also this text appears a bit confusing. The line cold be rephrased as The text is similar to a cantata text Ich bin vergnügt mit meinem Stande (I am content with my position), published by Picander in 1728; however, it is not certain that he wrote both the texts.
- that is in more detail below, I changed "this text" to "the cantata text"
- History and words
- You may wish to repeat the links from the lead in the main article.
- I hesitate to link Leipzig, for example, because its well known, plus the present-day city has little in common with the one at Bach's time --GA
- Not every link, whichever you think fine. :) Sainsf <^>Feel at home 07:52, 30 April 2016 (UTC)

- BWV 144, in 1724 Comma after 1724.

- "gospel" may be linked.
- would you link bible? --GA
- Links really confuse me, even Bible is linked in some articles. Whichever you think fine. Sainsf <^>Feel at home 07:52, 30 April 2016 (UTC)
- would you link bible? --GA
- in the general way that the Christian should be content with his share of good fortune, without envy of others who may seem more fortunate I am not very sure what it means.
- there are many ways of being content, Picander (or whoever the librettist was) deals with this way --GA
- Bach led the first performance, probably on 9 February 1727 You say "probably" here, but uncertainty is not implied in the lead.
- changed --GA
- Would be good to mention the author's name in the image caption.
- yes, but it's awfully long and presented right next to the image --GA
- Selected recordings
- Who is Aryeh Oron? You need to present people.
- the author of Bach-Cantatas, but we can do without mentioning him --GA
- Not adamant on this, but the mention won't do any harm. Unless it is a well-known personality in this field, the mention of a name like this is often confusing. Sainsf <^>Feel at home 07:52, 30 April 2016 (UTC)
- the author of Bach-Cantatas, but we can do without mentioning him --GA
- on the Bach-Cantatas website Perhaps add "official" to this, as there could be many others of the same sort but unofficial?
- compare BWV 65
- Ignore if it is not an official website. Sainsf <^>Feel at home 07:52, 30 April 2016 (UTC)

- "recitative", linked in sections "2" and "4", is a duplink.

Rest looks good. Would be glad to promote once the above issues are addressed. Cheers! Sainsf <^>Feel at home 09:20, 28 April 2016 (UTC)
