editHello, here is a list of updates ICONICS would like to make to this company page:
ICONICS 1. In the first paragraph, we would like to add "Manufacturing" to our list of industries our software is used in. The new sentence would read "ICONICS software is used by many industries such as Automotive, Transportation, Building Control, Security, Food, Pharmaceutical, Machine Building, Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, Water and Wastewater, Renewable Energy and Manufacturing."
HISTORY 2. In the first paragraph under the History title, we would like to update our list of office locations to reflect the new role of our Italian office. The new sentence would read, "Founded in 1986, headquartered in Foxborough, Massachusetts near Boston, MA the company has offices Worldwide, including the Netherlands, United Kingdom, Australia, China, France and Germany. ICONICS also has joint software development and sales offices in the Czech Republic and Italy."

The last sentence would read, "ICONICS' current solutions integrate with, and are certified for, Microsoft's latest OSs, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows Server 2008, and Windows 8."
4. We would then like to create a new paragraph for this sentence, "In 2010, ICONICS was named Microsoft’s US Windows 7 ISV Partner of the Year." [1]
5. There are a few awards since 2010, when this page was last updated, we would like to add. Each of these to be indented as their own paragraph under the HISTORY header. The first paragraph would be, "In 2013, ICONICS was one of Microsoft’s Partner of the Year Finalist for Application Development." [2]
6. The second updated award is, "In 2014, ICONICS was named Microsoft’s CityNext Partner of the Year. The CityNext Partner of the Year is rewarded to the partner who helped customers reduce their energy consumption and environmental impact. ICONICS was recognized for this award for their building automation and energy efficiency solutions." [3]
7. The final award we would also like to add to our HISTORY page is, "In 2015, ICONICS received the Control Engineering Engineers’ Choice Award from for their MobileHMI product." [4]
SOLUTIONS 8. There are a few major product solutions that have been developed in recent years that we would like to add to the SOLUTIONS page. The first is, "Hyper Historian™ ICONICS’ plant process historian designed to log data at greater than 100,000 tags per second and works with multiple data sources across the enterprise including OPC UA Servers, OPC DA Servers, OPC XML DA Servers, BACnet, SNMP devices and many more." WORLDWIDE APPLICATIONS 10. There are a few recent customer success stories that we would like to add to the Worldwide Applications page. The first, under "The Pentagon" bullet point, would be "University of Virginia" [7]
11. The second Worldwide Application we would like to add as a bullet point under the "University of Virginia" is, "Microsoft Redmond Campus" [8]

July 2023 Page Updates
editWe are preparing to make some updates to this company page, mainly driven by the acquisition of Iconics by Mitsubishi Electric's Factory Automation Systems Group in 2019[1]
As part of the post-merger integration process, Mitsubishi Electric and Iconics have worked together to update the company's strategic priorities and direction and have introduced a new leadership team, led by Ted Hill, President and CEO[2].
The updates forthcoming will align with the changes set forth during this integration process and we pledge to properly cite all sources, wherever applicable. We also hope to justify a request for removing the Maintenance Template about bare URLs as part of this edit. Iconics melissa (talk) 01:27, 5 July 2023 (UTC)
