editWikileaks is not a good source for a BLP. The news about an arrest are from a blog, which would also not be classified a reliable source. While there are some (limited) news about the person, the quality of the news is doubtful and swings into either way - it seems biased. Other than an arrest (which can be for all sorts of things), I did not find indication of actual sentencing which would be required for many of the claims. Were those accusations on initial suspicion? Have they led to a an official result? This is all unclear. ALso, there's not even an article in the native language, which is something to be considered. Therefore, I have placed a PROD as negative/poorly sourced BLP - based on reasonable doubt.pseudonym Jake Brockman talk 09:28, 12 November 2017 (UTC)
