I have some more sources direct from the company that might clear up some confusion previously found in this article. See [1] and [2] and make sure that all information in the article is sourced. -Pilotguy contact tower 18:56, 28 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

This phrase makes no sense.

edit

"Iloperidone acts on both dopamine and serotonin receptors, making it a favorable choice against competing drugs clozapine and olanzapine."
What exactly should make iloperidone "a favorable choice against clozapine and olanzapine"? Clozapine as well as olanzapine and most of the other 2nd generation antipsychotics do act on D- and 5HT- receptors as well. Could someone with access to the citation given review this? Thanks.--84.163.111.35 (talk) 05:13, 3 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

AFAIK the drug barely made it through FDA; Lol@"favorable choice". Cut. --CopperKettle 15:46, 2 June 2009 (UTC)Reply

Phase II testing has shown that effectiveness in humans is possible with as low as 8 mg per day, and is tolerable up to 4 mg per day. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 108.18.219.16 (talk) 00:43, 22 February 2014 (UTC)Reply
