Removed unhelpful reference to cost-per-mg. Reasons: (i) Dosage is in IU, not mg. Cost per IU might have been useful; cost per mg is not. (ii) As a general indicator of expense, we already have a far-more-informative statement about the typical cost per patient per year. (iii) Source of this information not cited; format of stated cost ("for a 40kg patient, $3m per mg of enzyme") indicates that this may have been reverse-calculated from the typical cost per year, a hypothesised patient mass, and the molecular weight of the drug, and hence is not a reliable figure. (Cost per mg of enzyme does not exhibit any dependence on patient weight!)

Action: Removed spurious sentence. Added link to article "orphan drug" to provide background on government incentives for the development of unprofitable, but life-changing, medications for rare diseases.
