Is this compound a racemate [50% (R)-stereoisomer + 50% (S)-stereoisomer] or the pure (R)-stereoisomer or the pure (S)-stereoisomer? Stereoisomers regulary have a different pharmacology and different pharmacokinetics [E. J.
