does impiramine have single dose efficacy?
editThis paper compares impiramine, at a single dose, compared with an antidepressant peptide. www.nature (dot) com/articles/npp201461 At one dose of imipramine the rats did better on the forced swim test. The equivalent human dosage from the rats'"5.75 mg/kg" is near 420 milligrams. I am amazed that there might be a one dose to be effective antidepressant out there. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2600:6C55:7001:400:3526:88A0:5723:F775 (talk) 19:42, 4 April 2019 (UTC)
