village vs city
editThe city's official web-site identifies it as "The Village of Indian Hill" despite the claim of the first paragraph. Legally it is "The City of the Village of Indian Hill," they putting the name "Village" in their name" once they exceeded 5,000 population because they liked the sound of it.
Films shot at CCDS
editI was under the impression that although there was a reference to CCDS in the movie Traffic the school scenes were actually shot at Walnut Hills High School. I don't know anything about the others, but the relevance of this whole anecdote isn't clear to me.
Twice now I have removed him from the list of notable residents, because there is nothing in his article indicating he lives there, and no sources have been provided. I know Mr. Armstrong is originally from Wapakoneta, Ohio, and his article indicates he has a farm outside of Lebanon, Ohio. Beeblebrox (talk) 04:05, 13 May 2009 (UTC)

He lives there. Here is an article from the Cincinnati Enquirer from May 2009 (the month in which you posted your comment) which states that he is a resident:
EDIT: I see that a link has already been provided in the article. Oh, well. I'll keep this here for corroboration.

notable residents criteria
editWhat exactly are our criteria for such a section? Do they have to live there full time? (Carson Palmer's article indicates he spends the off season in California) Do they have to be alive? (Marge Schott lived there till the day she died, and her house and it's contents were the subject of much media coverage), do they have to live there right now? (Driving by Pete Rose's house and seeing him outside washing his own car was quite a thrill for me when I was a kid). I'm asking because I really don't know, does anyone? Beeblebrox (talk) 09:15, 28 November 2010 (UTC)
- As I suspected, it seems nobody knows the answer to that. Beeblebrox (talk) 01:13, 27 December 2010 (UTC)
