For only being 2 days old, this is a very good article. It should probably be rated B very soon, but I'll let others make that judgement. Little things: the difference between the town and the CDP of Amenia should be explained, the sentence on "former students, mostly Senior Citizens" should be reworded, the building date is very unclear, probably in fact as well as in the writing, but the writing can be clarified.
