Questionable Reference
edit"History
Between 1917 and 1926 SR 267 was an unsigned route. The southern terinus at one point was at State Road 37, following the same route that State Road 144. In the 1960s SR 267 was moved to a new route east of the old route, between I-70 and US 40.[3]"
I doubt the validity of the highwayexplorer.com assertion that SR267 was moved during the 1960s because the change was finalized at nearly the same time I began driving, which was 1975. I have no proof yet, but will pursue a more concise reference as time permits. In the meantime, I made a minor spelling and phrasing edit after copying the above text. - The source is Self-published and is not reliable for Wikipedia. But I was looking at a 1973 of Indiana and SR 267 is shown as a divided highway, completed and on its current path. The 1973 map was sitting next to me, I will look at older maps when I get time. Detcin (talk) 16:27, 5 October 2012 (UTC)
