The image shows an invalid Industrial 2 of 5 barcode
editThe start and stop patterns use a 2:1 wide-to-narrow ratio but the data code words use a 3:1 wide-to-narrow ratio. 81.231.245.106 (talk) 11:33, 22 October 2023 (UTC)
- Updated image part, found bug in our barcode encoding software, start/stop symbols were not scaled with wide/narrow ratio. Alexandr.gavriluk (talk) 16:30, 31 March 2024 (UTC)
Check digit calculation is wrong
editAccording to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_Article_Number the right-most data digit (not counting the check digit) should start with the weight 3. Please note that that article says it is also used for GTIN-12 (the modern name of UPC-A). 81.231.245.106 (talk) 12:45, 22 October 2023 (UTC)
- Fixed checksum section, updated images with the right checksum, added information about quiet zone. Alexandr.gavriluk (talk) 16:31, 31 March 2024 (UTC)
