I believe this "inertial redshift" is more commonly called "cosmological redshift," but there already was a cosmological redshift article link -- which redirects to the Hubble's Law article.
The Hubble's law article, though, does not really address the topic of this article which is the distinct non Doppler nature of cosmological redshift.
As this source _In Quest of the Stars and Galaxies_ by Theo Koupelis states:
"When the Hubble Law was written, astronomers assumed that the observed redshift was caused by the now-rejected Doppler explanation. The law is still valuable, however, if we think of the velocity in the Hubble equation as being caused by the expansion of space, rather than by velocity /through/ space."
