GA Sweeps: Delisted

The article has been on hold since early January and several of the above issues were not addressed. In addition, there are several cleanup tags throughout the article that need to be fixed. As a result, I have delisted the article on behalf of Jmh649. Continue to improve the article, addressing the issues above. Once they are addressed, make sure the article complies with the GA criteria, and then please renominate the article at WP:GAN.
