Explanation:
Although the citation referred to (FD) reported this, the actual Dutch Data Protection Authority itself never published anything of the sorts on their official channels.
As such the statement should be either be removed, should be marked as citation needed, or should be changed to indicate that the statement is not verified to be factual. (Or, a direct source should be added)
