--- Hi. A few weeks ago, a colleague of mine edited this page to include information about the UK use of the word 'intercalate', referring to a period as part of a medical or dental degree when a student studies for an additional Bachelor's degree alongside their main qualification. I see that was reverted, presumably because it was judged advertising for my colleague's website. Fair enough. But shouldn't some information about that meaning of the term be included? It is, after all, the main usage of the term in UK university administration. Wombat (talk) 10:04, 1 December 2008 (UTC)
