List of ISA detainees
editIs there a good source for this? I have found one: List of known detainees as at 20 Jan 2008 —Preceding unsigned comment added by 203.173.175.106 (talk) 10:01, 25 April 2008 (UTC)
- I think theres nothing wrong with the source. Ya go ahead and add it. ќמшמφטтгמtorque 12:26, 26 April 2008 (UTC)
- strongly agree to split up the list to another article. it would make going through the extensive list easier. Zafri (talk) 00:02, 27 July 2009 (UTC)
- We do not hold lists of non-notable people - see WP:LISTPEOPLE and WP:NLIST. Lists must be of notable people, and each person on the list must have a reliable source for being on the list. I will reduce down the list in line with our guidelines. SilkTork *YES! 18:59, 20 March 2011 (UTC)
- The main source is a dead link, and Wayback Machine is down, while the other sources are not reliable, so I have moved the entire list to: /List of detainees at the Kamunting Detention Centre. Information on detainees should only be returned to the article if the information can be reliable sourced, and the people mentioned are notable under WP:LISTPEOPLE and WP:NLIST guidelines. History of ISA
editThe article said that "The legislation was enacted after Malaysia gained independence from Britain in 1957". Is it true? coz when i refer to the pdf version of the act please see this.., it is first enacted in 1960 (Act No. 18 of 1960) and revised in 1972 (Act 82 w.e.f. 1 August 1972)..please reply...everyone..Hang Li Po (talk) 17:32, 1 October 2011 (UTC)
- 1960 is after 1957. So there's nothing wwrong with the sentence. But u may modify the sentence if u think it is not clear or misleading. ќמшמφטтгמtorque 00:17, 2 October 2011 (UTC)
