Chilean Communist Party (Proletarian Action) not a member.

The Chilean Communist Party (Proletarian Action) is not a member of ICMLPO. They voluntarily withdrew some years ago, and now participate in ICOR. The full list of ICMLPO members, as of the Feb. 2021 Plenary, is provided at the ICMLPO website: http://cipoml.net/en/?p=247

Regarding the Revolutionary Alliance of Labour of Serbia being under two categories

The Revolutionary Alliance of Labour of Serbia is listed under both "Observer members" and "Members of the ICMLPO by region (2021)", however the other two parties under "Observer members" are not under "Members of the ICMLPO by region (2021)". There's also the question of whether the Revolutionary Alliance of Labour of Serbia is a member or observer of the ICMLPO, because it appears to be a full member but I am unsure.
