This is a consistently well written article with terse and accurate prose. It is factually accurate with appropriate references and in line citations. I was unable to read anything I thought would be sensibly challenged. There's no original research. It is neutral in tone but could (perhaps) have expressed some more of the criticism of UN conventions-from the US because they interfere with US sovereignty and from some Muslim states because they cut across religious authority in certain areas. It is stable. It has one illustration but could have more-(perhaps) of some of the different racial groups that have been the subject of major cases. It complies with the style manual. Recommend pass for good article status (any recommended changes are non essential). NimbusWeb (talk)

Thanks. But shouldn't you be using the template? And what happens next? --IdiotSavant (talk) 23:58, 2 February 2010 (UTC)Reply

The yellow does not show up well against the white background. It would be better replaced with a dark colour. Andrew Yong (talk) 12:51, 24 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

This article claims that the 1965 Covention affected legislation in other countries, including the Civil Rights Act 1964. I hope I don't have to explain why that's wrong. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.72.186.125 (talk) 08:34, 4 December 2018 (UTC)Reply
