General Description of the Game of Cricket
editA lot of the talk surrounding the rules of cricket itself seem to be written by someone who is not too familiar the game - I'm not trying to be harsh but if a more concise breakdown of the game could be given that would be favourable.
I'm not even sure a breakdown of cricket is needed in this page about the video game, maybe just a link to the rules of cricket would suffice - for example "Follow this link to read more about the rules of cricket.
Furthermore, it's been a while since I played it but I have a feeling the Allan Border's pseudo-name in the game was "A. Boulder", not "A. Bowler" as mentioned in the article. I have the game at home so I'll check on this. --Brebster 04:41, 26 July 2006 (UTC)
- It's absolutely ridiculous to have that section in at all. Most people in England don't have a clue how ice hockey rules work, for example, yet we don't have such a section in the NHL series article. The link to cricket right at the start is enough for anyone who stumbles across this page and is curious. That being so, I'm being bold and removing the section entirely. - Good call - agree completely. The link to cricket should suffice if anyone wants to read the rules. Brebster 23:54, 28 January 2007 (UTC)
S. Mars?
editHow does this imply Steve Waugh? I agree that it probably is, but I don't see where "Mars" comes from. Loganberry (Talk) 00:56, 5 December 2008 (UTC)
