Maison du peuple rue de Bavière, not Horta
editIn the introduction, Maison du peuple was faulty linked to the famous building build by Victor Horta, completed only in 1899. The Congress of 1891 was in a former Maison du peuple — rue de Bavière, writes Yvonne Kapp, over Eleonor Marx. Kapp 1976 vol. 2, p. 478. (That rue de Bavière has been since renamed rue de Dinant.)
