There is a German equivalent
editThere is a German equivalent to this page, but for some reason I cannot add it. However this might be just the result of my incompetence regarding Wikipedia so far. [Internationale Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit] --Maximilianpower (talk) 17:58, 28 October 2014 (UTC)
Cases
editI was wondering about this process and the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) and the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP), a list of cases illustrating the application of this would be useful in NAFTA and other treaties. One unresolved case being pertinant is the Tobacco plain packaging—investor-state arbitration (Plain cigarette packaging#Tobacco industry response) case under the 1993 Agreement between the Government of Australia and the Government of Hong Kong for the Promotion and Protection of Investments (Hong Kong Agreement). - The article Investor-state dispute settlement has a list - this article now links to that one. -- Paul foord (talk) 01:37, 8 April 2015 (UTC)

The same as "international commercial arbitration"?
editIs there a sufficient distinction to warrant separate articles? I'm asking with an eye to merging:
