Wrong initial connection speed

edit

While I didn't start working at SRCE/CARNet before 1993, when the connection was already 64kbps, I remember colleagues telling me that it started with 9600bs back in November 1992. I don't know when the upgrade happened, possibly very shortly after initial connection was established, but I am sure about the initial speed. I'll try looking up news archives for a reference. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Tvujec (talkcontribs) 15:58, 27 August 2015 (UTC)Reply

Price list removed

edit

Wikipedia is not the place for a list of broadband plan prices. The list does not contain any notable information, is difficult to maintain.--gummAY (talk) 05:52, 5 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Areas to expand

edit

There was Internet before ADSL: it was called dial-up. There was even Internet before dial-up (well, for many people): CARNet. An interesting subject if one is willing to do some research. GregorB (talk) 21:56, 2 February 2009 (UTC)Reply
