This looks really good to me, especially the neutral tone. I can only see 2 things that could make this one better :)

  1. Additional citations from other sources besides the rideiea.org
  2. Insert wikipedia links to uncommon words. For example, the word "equestrian" in the lead could be linked to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Equestrian. You can click the link button and type the word in, then Wikipedia feature will automatically find the article whose title matches that word for you, then finally you click on that to link.

I agree, the neutral tone is very good. I think the lead does a good job giving an overview of what the article is about, then the following sections do well to answer questions I may have had from the lead on the details. I would like to see more citations, especially in the lead.
