Lengthy quotations
editQuite simply, I removed them. They came copied and pasted from a self-published website that we aren't supposed to be citing. However, unlike other roadgeek websites, kurumi.com does cite its sources, so often times we can verify its information with its sources and then cite the original source. In this case, that wouldn't be possible as these quotations came from personal emails. By our definitions, such personal correspondence is unpublished, and therefore, unverifiable.
The short answer is to find other sources with similar information that we can cite, published by reputable sources like AASHTO, FHWA, INDOT or appropriate news media sources like the local newspapers in Indianapolis. I suggest locating some sources though, or the notability of this subject could be called into question and the article sent off for deletion. Imzadi 1979 → 23:19, 3 February 2015 (UTC)
