California Street Ramp
editOne interchange is not listed in the junction list: the interchange with California Street in Oceanside. However, this "interchange" is just one ramp from California Street to I-5 north. Should this be listed, or is it too minor of an interchange? --InterstateFive (talk) 03:49, 3 December 2021 (UTC)
- Looking at a map, I could see how this could actually have been interpreted as the northbound entrance ramp for Exit 51C/Cassidy Street. Even there are signs at the intersection of Cassidy and Soto pointing drivers in that direction.[1][2] So if we instead treat California Street as a stand-alone intersection, then the notes for Cassidy Street would have to change from "No northbound exit" to "Southbound exit and entrance only". - You do have a point there. If CalTrans considers that ramp from California Street part of the Cassidy Street interchange, then why should we say otherwise? --InterstateFive (talk) 15:54, 3 December 2021 (UTC)
