The "Japanese Pressing CD" ruckus

User:210.79.174.227 insists on reverting my edits relating to the bonus track, the single version of "Live to Rock", so here's the info for those interested:

• The single version of "Live to Rock" is available as a bonus track on the Japanese pressing of the CD. It is also expected to be released exclusively on iTunes[1]. The track is available for download from Play.com[2].
• Track 14. Live to Rock (single version) - 4:46 (bonus track on Japanese CD pressing, and download)

Yes, there's an anomaly: if it's "expected" to be released "exclusively", then the fact that Play.com has it for download means that it must already be available on iTunes. (I don't have it on this machine, so I couldn't tell you.) Either that, or the original report was inaccurate. Either way, it's available for download, and the fact it exists on one market's CD release as a bonus track doesn't alter that fact.
