Cocaine?

edit

I heard the "she" in this song is cocaine, making it a warning about the dangers of addiction (it would certainly fit). Anybody know anything about this? Daniel Case 03:36, 7 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Never heard of it. The rest of the lyrics in the song really make the cocaine comparision make very little sense, actually. FamicomJL 19:28, 7 October 2007 (UTC)Reply
Almost six years later ... sure about this?:
She has a built in ability
To take everything she sees ...
And now it seems I'm falling, falling for her ...
It takes control and slowly tears you apart ...
Well I don't really know her, I only know her name
But she crawls under your skin, you're never quite the same, and now I know
She's got something you just can't trust
It's something mysterious
And now it seems I'm falling, falling for her ...
And though she will mess up your life,
You'll want her just the same, and now I know
She has a built in ability etc.
Granted it could be just another "dangerous woman" song, but given that at that time there were a lot of people in the industry getting over their coke problems, the correspondence is too strong to dismiss so lightly. Further research is needed. Daniel Case (talk) 03:53, 7 September 2013 (UTC)Reply

Fair use rationale for Image:Invisible Touch (Single).jpg

edit

Image:Invisible Touch (Single).jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 07:51, 5 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Do we have to include Patrick Bateman?

"a meditation on intangibility"

--This is from the novel and film version of American Psycho:

http://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/American_Psycho_(film)

It's like someone was trying to insert a joke into the article, and now it's been reprinted all over the internet. We should fix this. Wikipedia shouldn't even say vague things like "meditation on intangibility". —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.144.28.71 (talk) 20:03, 12 July 2009 (UTC)Reply

The Overview of the article "Duke (album)" is also taken from that same scene. I don't know if it's vandalism or just awesome. 98.118.70.249 (talk) 00:03, 12 June 2010 (UTC)Reply
