editReferences of first discovery
editHere is a literature reference for absorption of radio waves (in this case cosmic radio noise) by the ionosphere: Shain, "Galactic radiation at 18.3 Mc/s.", Aust.J.Sci.Res., 4, 258–267, 1951. Are there any earlier (or better) references?
ISAB?
editDoes this mean IonoSpheric ABsorption, or is it short for something else? Either way, it is not clear in the text. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 130.246.121.24 (talk) 14:20, 15 June 2016 (UTC)
