Accuracy of ICRO profile on Wikipedia
editI suggest that the ICRO committee and PRO should be consulted on any changes to detail to ensure acuracy
Links to Journalistic articles etc should be included with care as many of these are inaccurate and contain personal information which the named individuals may not have consented to.

- Just a brief note to say that I have reverted your recent edits to this article because you have a declared COI and should only be requesting changes on the talk page and then waiting for other non-conflict users to approve and implement them for you.
- If you have specific changes that you would like to request to the article text then please list the specific changes below (in the format "change x to y", etc.) for a non-conflicted user to review.
- Many thanks, Axad12 (talk) 16:03, 11 November 2024 (UTC)

Less reliance on journalistic sources
, please note that Wikipedia is based primarily on what secondary sources say (i.e. newspapers) rather than on what primary sources say (i.e. organisations themselves). This is a built-in and non-negotiable feature of the encyclopaedia, designed to reduce dependence of non-independent sources. Further detail here can be found in the relevant policies, WP:V and WP:RS. See also WP:PRIMARY and WP:SECONDARY. - Regards, Axad12 (talk) 16:27, 11 November 2024 (UTC)
- Duly noted, Axad12
- Thanks for these comments.
- I will request additional changes be reviewed and approved by non-conflict users via the talk page.
- It is challenging to provide reliable balanced newspaper sources for ICRO activities as Rescue incidents can often be reported on arguably in a sensationalised manner when they happen and often the journalists and editors do not fact check their own work before publishing.
- I will however attempt to cite other reliable secondary sources such as government websites and open access publications.
- Regards

Take out the line breaks, the tildes and the external links, and provide refs. Then this might work.Sumanuil. (talk to me) 05:23, 16 November 2024 (UTC)

- Hopefully this 2nd version of #2 is sufficient?

Better. Anyone else have an opinion? (And you don't have to keep putting that template in, it's at the top of the talk page and that will suffice.)Sumanuil. (talk to me) 10:06, 16 November 2024 (UTC)
