Communist secularisation

- As per WP:NPOV the tag is for when there is an active discussion. There was none, so I removed it. In any case, in the specific case of Romania, you're factually wrong as the Ceaucescu regime was, unlike other communist regimes, quite close to the Orthodox church which he coopted for nationalist purposes (he also suppressed the Uniates and tried to make them become Orthodox).
