"...the ingrained soot of the chimney-sweep..."?!
editUnder the heading "Early life", this parenthetical sentence closes the section: "(On his deathbed the ingrained soot of the chimney-sweep was still detectable.)" What, pray tell, is "the ingrained soot of the chimney-sweep"? -some sort of taint of the lower classes that no amount of scrubbing can ever efface? Unless someone can justify the inclusion of this bizarre claim, I'm going to remove it. Occam's Shaver (talk) 06:43, 20 April 2015 (UTC)
